ಪಂಚಮೀ (pañcamī — ablative)

ಅರ್ಥ: ಅಪಾದಾನಕಾರಕ ಸೂಚಿಸುವ ಐದನೆಯ ವಿಭಕ್ತಿ. Meaning: The fifth case — the ablative.

ಪಂಚಮೀ ವಿಭಕ್ತಿ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಯಾವುದರಿಂದ ಬೇರ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹೊರಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ — "ಇಂದ/ಇಂದಾಗಿ" ಎಂಬ ಅರ್ಥ (ಮೂಲ, ಕಾರಣ, ಹೋಲಿಕೆ).

The ablative marks separation, origin, or cause — "from/because of."
